The Sigmah project, coordinated by Groupe URD, is being launched with funding from the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO),
the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD), Rhônes-Alpes Region, Fondation pour le Progrès de l’Homme and the members of the Steering Cooperative.
