4.1.3. Organisational units table

Submitted by pbrunet on Tue, 06/07/2011 - 09:42

The Organisational units table is located at the top of the Dashboard and gives access to all the units which are visible for a user.

In default position, the Organisational units table opens with folders closed, which means without displaying sub-folders.

Opening/closing a folder which contains sub-folders
When a folder contains one or more sub-folders its icon is preceded by a grey-outlined triangle. Click on the triangle to open the folder and show the sub-folders that it contains.

When the folder is open, the triangle becomes black and points downwards. To hide the sub-folders, click on the triangle again and it will be replaced once again by a grey-outlined triangle.
If a sub-folder is preceded by a grey-outlined triangle, this means that it also contains sub-folders. Follow the same procedure to open and close these.
If an organisational unit icon is not preceded by a triangle, this means that the zone does not contain any sub-folders.

Expanding/collapsing all the organisational units
To save time, it is possible to open all the folders and sub-folders contained in the organisational units table at the same time. To do this, click on the “Expand all” button located below the table heading:

This displays all the folders and sub-folders which exist:

To collapse all the folders and sub-folders, click on the “Collapse all” button located just to the right of “Expand all”.
